Vineyard and terroir
Most of the vines were planted between 1967 and 1972. All vineyard work is carried out by hand.
Vinification
Vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks. The wine is bottled without filtration; natural sediment may therefore form in the bottle.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in 225 L French oak barrels, followed by further ageing in bottle.

Powerful, bold and concentrated, with a complex, captivating aroma, fine structure and excellent balance.
