Vineyard and terroir
The estate vineyards have limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed at the winery and vinified at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures for 18 months in 225 L French oak barrels, followed by six months in concrete tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pair with soups, salads, appetisers, stews, pasta or grilled vegetables, as well as pork, veal or chicken in a light sauce.
