The blend is predominantly Sangiovese, with a small proportion of Merlot.
Vinification
The grapes are selected when fully ripe. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, and the wine is bottled in the spring following the harvest.
Tasting profile
The nose is rich in ripe red-fruit aromas. The palate is deep and fresh, remaining soft over time while retaining its rich fruit character.
