The Riserva is made through a rigorous selection of grapes from vineyards dedicated to Morellino.
Ageing
It matures for 15 months in oak casks of 10, 20 and 40 hl.
Label / history
Originally named Rosso di Pereta, this was the starting point of the estate’s winemaking history. With the creation of the denomination in 1978, it became the first Morellino di Scansano in the collection. Its label has remained unchanged over the years, preserving the visual memory of that history and the wine’s connection to its territory.
