Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are harvested across all of Surrau’s vineyards in Gallura, at the northern tip of Sardinia, a landscape of granite rocks exposed to Mistral winds.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape’s vibrant character.
Ageing
The wine ages exclusively in stainless steel, without contact with wood.
Tasting profile
Aromatic, fresh and pure, it is lighter and more summery than “Branu” while retaining the classic character of Gallura.
