Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Montedolce area on the northern slope of Mount Etna, in volcanic soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early October and fermented for 12 days at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
