The grapes undergo skin maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
Forty per cent of the wine matures in previously used French oak barrels. The remaining 60% ages in 25-hectolitre barrels made from French and Slavonian oak.
Tasting profile
Well balanced, with refined tannins and a rounded structure. Juicy fruit is accompanied by lively spice notes.
