Selected fruit comes from the Winkl, Kreuth and Montigl vineyards in Terlano, at 300–600 m above sea level.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for six months and may be bottle-aged for 3–5 years.
