Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Alto Adige at 260–380 m above sea level. The vines are deeply rooted in limestone soils, and only the best grapes are selected.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, promptly taken to the winery, sorted and crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages on its fine lees for six months.
