Vineyard and terroir
Lagrein has been grown in Terlano’s vineyards for several decades. The grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, then fermented slowly in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with gentle stirring of the must. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Ageing
The wine matures for 7–10 months in large wooden casks.
