Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Alto Adige at elevations of 250–900 metres above sea level and are carefully selected.
Grapes
Müller-Thurgau is a cross between Gutedel and Riesling and is an aromatic white variety widespread across Europe.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. Whole bunches are gently pressed, after which the juice settles naturally. Fermentation proceeds slowly at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages on its lees for 5–7 months.
