The vineyards lie at 300–500 metres above sea level.
Grapes
The wine is made from a selection of Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Vinification
The must ferments at a controlled temperature, with 60% in stainless-steel tanks and 40% in 500-litre oak barrels. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
It ages on the lees for eight months.
