The grapes grow on limestone soils in Verona.
Grapes
The wine is made from selected Garganega grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Half undergoes skin maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel tanks with the addition of local yeasts. The wine is bottled without filtration, fining or added sulfur.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for eight months.
