The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Spontaneous fermentation takes place at the winery in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel vats, followed by 12 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
Label / history
The name Testa Calda means “hothead.”
