Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a vineyard in Cavreghe di Torbe di Negrar at an altitude of 450 metres.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 36 months in oak barrels, followed by 18 months in bottle in the winery’s cellars.
