Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Soave area of Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when ripe and placed in small crates to protect them from damage. They are gently pressed, after which the juice ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Refreshing acidity and a silky texture are complemented by a pleasantly savoury, subtly bitter note.

Pair with appetizers, vegetable salads, pasta, fish, poultry or fresh cheeses.
