Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on the hillsides of the Feudo Croce estate.
Grapes
Selected grapes are used.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are sorted and gently pressed. The wine macerates on the skins for 12 days, then ferments in stainless-steel tanks at 23–25 °C.
Tasting profile
Full-bodied, smooth and well balanced, with expressive fruit notes and a long, dry finish.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with roasted or grilled meat and aged cheeses.
