The estate’s vineyards lie at 300–500 m above sea level on volcanic soils containing tuff.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of September, then destemmed and gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly on its fine lees.
