The grapes are grown in the Bardolino area.
Vinification
Healthy grapes are carefully selected, crushed and macerated for one day in steel vats with brief skin contact. The wine is then fermented and transferred to 100-hectolitre tanks to complete fermentation, followed by filtration before bottling.
Label / history
“Serenissima” means “most serene” in Italian.
