Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Bardolino area of Veneto.
Vinification
Healthy grapes are carefully selected and macerated for five days. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in steel tanks. The wine is then decanted, filtered, decanted again and bottled.
