Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Soave area of Veneto, northeastern Italy.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes undergo one day of maceration, followed by fermentation in 150 hl stainless-steel tanks. The wine is then filtered and bottled.

Rich, balanced and harmonious, with citrus fruit and apple notes and refreshing acidity.

“Serenissima” means “the most serene” in Italian and is the name of a range encompassing red, white and sparkling wines.
