Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio is grown on fertile soils in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September and taken directly to the winery for destemming. After 6–8 hours of skin contact, they are pressed and fermented at 16–18 °C.
Serving and pairing
Serve in a medium-sized, tulip-shaped glass that narrows towards the rim.
