Vinification
Each variety is vinified separately. The bunches are selected and destemmed, then fermented in small stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of approximately 28 °C. Maceration lasts 18–22 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak barriques.
Tasting profile
The blend combines the power of Sangiovese and Sagrantino with the softer character of Merlot.
