Vineyard and terroir
The company’s vineyards lie at around 100 metres above sea level and benefit from a favourable climate.
Vinification
Carefully selected grapes are gently pressed and fermented. A second fermentation follows using the Charmat method, preserving clean flavours and producing fine, persistent bubbles.
