Vinification
The Montepulciano grapes are harvested by hand and vinified using a completely natural approach.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine spends 12 months in oak barrels, followed by another 48 months of maturation in bottle in the winery’s cellars. It is released only when considered ready, sometimes two or more years later than planned.

Generous, elegant and balanced, with a rich, layered aroma and a full, mature palate.
