Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards have clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and gently pressed at the winery. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barriques, followed by further ageing in bottle in the winery’s cellars before release.
