Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the company’s vineyards in the hills of Langhe, east of the Tanaro River and south of Alba, in the province of Cuneo, Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Using the Italian Charmat method, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation with sugar and yeast in sealed autoclaves.
Serving and pairing
Pair with desserts, baked goods, confectionery and other sweets.
