The grapes are grown in Vallebelbo’s vineyards in the Asti area of Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and sugar levels. The wine is produced by the Italian Charmat method: the base wine undergoes a second fermentation with sugar and yeast in sealed autoclaves.
