Grapes
Incrocio Manzoni was created in the 20th century by Professor Manzoni of the Technical Agricultural Institute in Conegliano. The hybrid crosses the delicately aromatic, mineral Rhine Riesling with the well-balanced Pinot Blanc.
Ageing
The wine rests in oak barrels for six months.
