Vineyard and terroir
Produced in Greve in Chianti from Pinot Blanc grown on predominantly limestone soils. Harvesting is performed by hand during the first week of September.
Grapes
100% Pinot Blanc. The first vintage was produced in 1970.
Vinification
Following natural clarification at low temperature, only the free-run juice is fermented under controlled-temperature conditions.

Alcohol: 12.00% vol. Average annual production: 6,000 bottles. Format: 750 ml.
Tasting profile
A fresh, light and lively white with a clear, bright yellow appearance. Floral and fruity aromas include banana and peach, leading into a distinctly fresh finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12 °C with fish or shellfish dishes, or pour as an aperitif.
