Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from Avellino. The vineyards have volcanic and clay soils rich in elements that support balanced vine growth. The temperate climate brings pronounced differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures, long hot summers, and winters with frequent rain and snow. Cool conditions before and during ripening help Fiano develop freshness, intensity and aromatic potential.
Grapes
Fiano di Avellino.
Vinification
Soft pressing is followed by static settling of the must and low-temperature fermentation at 12–14°C. The process continues with bâtonnage, cold stabilization and filtration.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow with green reflections. The bouquet is intense and fairly persistent, led by banana and pear; hazelnut notes emerge with time. The palate is dry and harmonious, with good acidity providing freshness and an approachable character.
