The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards, where the vines grow on clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September at optimal ripeness and macerated for 10 days. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months in French oak barrels.
