Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The Garganega is grown on the estate's vineyards in Soave. The estate holds more than 14 hectares, inherited by Agostino Vicentini from his father, Francesco, and its vineyards lie on some of the best sites in the Soave region.
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand in early September and left to dry until March. During this time their condition is monitored closely: the bunches are sorted by hand and any spoiled grapes are removed.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Warm and beautifully balanced on the palate, with a silky texture. The aroma is intense, of fruit and flowers.
Label / history
Agostino Vicentini inherited the vineyards from his father, Francesco, together with the secrets of the trade and experience gained over 40 years in the business. Besides the Recioto di Soave, the estate makes two Soave white wines, each from a separate vineyard, and three dry red Valpolicella wines.
