Vineyard and terroir
The estate's vineyards, more than 14 hectares in the Soave region, are on some of the area's best sites.
Vinification
The fruit is monitored through ripening, and harvest waits until the grapes are fully ripe. They are pressed gently in a pneumatic press. The must ferments for a long period at a carefully controlled temperature.
Tasting profile
Intense yet elegant, with a complex, well-balanced structure. Bright and engaging.

Label / history
Agostino Vicentini inherited the vineyards from his father, Francesco, along with more than 40 years of experience in the business. Besides this wine, the estate makes a second Soave from a separate vineyard, a sweet Recioto di Soave and three dry red Valpolicella wines.
