Vineyard and terroir
Selected fruit comes from Tommasi’s own vineyards within Monte Croce and Monteforte. The estate’s vineyards have limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, berry by berry, in several passes during the season. After picking, they are placed on special racks and dried gently for four to six months, losing about 50% of their weight. This drying process develops the wine’s sweetness and range of flavours and aromas.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in French oak.
Tasting profile
Tropical fruit is joined by delicate notes of vanilla and toast from the oak.

It was among the first wines from Veneto to receive DOCG classification.
