Vinification
Whole bunches undergo spontaneous fermentation followed by 15–20 days of semi-carbonic maceration. The wine is made without added sulphites and is certified organic.
Ageing
Maturation takes place in stainless-steel vessels.

Tirso is described as a Dionysian symbol. The artist’s label was created by Florentine artist Arianna Papini.
