The wine brings together fruit from the estate’s four vineyards, situated at approximately 500 metres above sea level.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented spontaneously and macerated for approximately 20–30 days.
Ageing
Maturation lasts approximately 36 months in 20 and 30 hL oak casks, followed by at least six months of bottle ageing.

The style combines elegance, freshness, harmony and complexity.
