The grapes come from the estate’s historic vineyard at Podere Massoni.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16–18 °C for 15–20 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks for 4–5 months, followed by 2–3 months in bottle.
Serving and pairing
It pairs with a broad range of dishes, particularly freshwater fish.
