Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the hillside slopes of the Marogne vineyard, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda.
Grapes
The blend contains Corvina and Rondinella, with a small proportion of Molinara.
Vinification
Harvesting is carried out by hand in two stages. Grapes from the first picking are lightly dried before being pressed together with the remainder of the harvest. Traditional vinification includes 10–12 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 10–12 months, followed by additional time in stainless-steel tanks.
