Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows in the hills of the Soave Classico area, east of Verona, on porous volcanic rock.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, macerated on their skins, gently pressed and fermented under temperature-controlled conditions.
Ageing
The wine ages in 225-litre barriques, with a brief period in steel tanks.
