Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown exclusively in the Bardolino Classico zone, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda in Veneto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. The must macerates for 12–36 hours before being run off and fermented under controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless-steel tanks.
