Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Bardolino Classico area on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, on hills with soils of morainic origin.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness and macerated for 4–6 days, followed by traditional fermentation on the skins.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless-steel tanks.
