The grapes grow on the morainic hills of Custoza, south of Lake Garda.
Vinification
The ripe grapes are harvested by hand and macerated on their skins. After gentle pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks.
