Vineyard and terroir
The Bosco del Gal vineyard lies in the hills of Castelnuovo del Garda. It is surrounded by woodland and rooted in soil of glacial origin. The wine represents the fresh, delicately aromatic white-wine style of Lake Garda’s morainic hills.
Grapes
Garganega, Trebbiano and Incrocio Manzoni.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 16°C for approximately 10 days.
Ageing
The wine matures for 4 months in stainless-steel tanks.

Custoza DOC. Alcohol: 12% vol. Bottle size: 750 ml.
Tasting profile
Bright straw yellow with green highlights. The fragrant bouquet recalls jasmine, peach and apricot. The palate is fruity, delicately fresh and aromatic, leading to a distinctly tangy finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Suitable throughout a meal with light, delicate food, particularly fish or white-meat main courses. It also pairs with mixed vegetable tempura.
