GrapeFlow launches cloud management platform for boutique wineries

The browser-based service targets wineries producing up to 20,000 cases annually, combining vineyard and cellar records, lot traceability and compliance documentation.

GrapeFlow made its cloud-based vineyard and winery management platform available on 2 November 2026. The service is designed for boutique wineries producing up to 20,000 cases a year and runs in a browser on desktop computers and phones.1

According to GrapeFlow, the platform combines vineyard records, cellar operations, lot traceability and compliance documentation in one plan. Vineyard functions include recording treatments, fertiliser applications and other work by block, monitoring ripening and phenology, calculating disease risk from local weather, and viewing vine vigour through satellite NDVI. It also maintains EU application logs and records oriented towards US Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau requirements.1

Cellar tools cover tanks and barrels, fermentation curves, laboratory analyses and tasting notes. GrapeFlow says each lot retains its composition by vineyard block and grape variety, allowing bottles to be traced back to the vineyard. Data is hosted in the European Union; the platform does not issue invoices or replace accounting software.1

The service connects with Claude and ChatGPT through the Model Context Protocol, allowing users to query their own operational data in natural language. A REST API is also included. The single plan provides all modules and unlimited users for US$99 per month or US$990 per year, with the first 90 days free.1
