An organic family estate
Château Nadal Hainaut makes estate wine from 27 hectares of organically farmed vineyards planted with 10 varieties, including a century-old Carignan parcel. The wines assessed carried either the Côtes Catalanes or Côtes du Roussillon designation.1
Pauline Nadal, the family’s 6th generation, oversees production and redesigned the estate’s labels. Her family traces its ownership of the property to 1826; hospitality now accounts for half of the business, with weddings held from March through November as its main activity.1
