About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in Monferrato. The local terroir contributes a strong character.

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in early October at optimal ripeness and carefully sorted at the winery. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats for 15–20 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.

Tasting profile

Intense in flavour, with a warm, elegant aroma and a strong character.

Serving and pairing

Pairs with meat dishes and mature cheeses.
