Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the producer’s vineyards in the Monferrato region.
Grapes
Freisa is an ancient variety with a pure lineage that has not undergone experimentation or cloning.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness in early October and carefully sorted at the winery. Temperature-controlled fermentation lasts seven days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with a strong character and intense flavour.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with white and red meats, pasta and cheese.
