About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Sauvignon Blanc is grown in Triveneto, on soils and in a microclimate suited to the variety.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September, then cold-macerated and pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages on the lees, which gives deeper flavours and a fuller aroma.
Tasting profile
Bright aromas and a pleasant taste. The 2025 is layered, expressive and richly flavoured, with an unusual mix of fresh fruit and gently spicy notes.
Serving and pairing
Pairs with hot and cold appetizers.
