About this wine
Origin: Conca Tre Pile, Bussia Soprana.
Grapes: 100% Barbera.
Vineyard: vines reach a maximum age of approximately 45 years.
Harvest: manual, with selection in the vineyard, during the first week of October.
Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel vats at 24–26°C, with 8–10 days of skin contact.
Aging: several months in stainless steel, followed by several months in oak.
